Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the 999rp platform. By creating an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by every clause set out below.
You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to open an account and use the 999rp platform. One account per person, per household, and per device.
All transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Supported channels include BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Withdrawals require completed KYC verification.
All bonus offers are subject to wagering requirements and validity periods published at the time of the offer. One welcome bonus per player. Abuse of bonus terms may result in account suspension.

In these Terms, the following expressions carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:
2.1 To open an Account and use the Services, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the Platform:
2.2 999rp reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any Bonus Credits.
2.3 If you no longer satisfy any of the eligibility criteria above, you are obligated to notify 999rp immediately and cease using the Services. We will take appropriate action upon receiving such notification, including facilitating the withdrawal of any real-money Balance then held in your Account.
3.1 Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. Multiple accounts, whether registered in the same name, the same household address, the same device, or the same payment method, are strictly prohibited. 999rp reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts and to void any Wagers or Bonus Credits associated with them.
3.2 During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name as it appears on your national identity card (KTP), date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, mobile phone number, and email address. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 999rp will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
3.4 You must notify 999rp immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your Account. You may contact the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected].
3.5 KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed and may be requested at any time at 999rp's discretion. Accepted documents include a valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP), a current Indonesian passport, and a recent bank statement or utility bill confirming your residential address. All submitted documents must be legible, unaltered, and issued within the preceding six months where applicable.
4.1 All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). 999rp does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred by your bank or e-wallet provider are your sole responsibility.

4.3 Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are published on the Platform and may be updated from time to time without prior notice. You should always consult the current limits displayed in your Account dashboard before initiating a Transaction.
4.4 Deposits are typically credited to your Account within five minutes of receipt during normal banking hours (Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00 WIB). Transfers made outside these hours, on weekends, or on Indonesian public holidays may experience longer processing times. 999rp accepts no liability for delays caused by the banking or e-wallet infrastructure outside its control.
4.5 Withdrawal requests submitted by verified Players are processed within 24 hours of approval. Withdrawals will only be returned to the same payment method used to fund the Account, except where that method no longer supports incoming transfers, in which case an alternative may be arranged through our support team.
4.6 999rp reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal. This may include requests for further documentation, a brief hold on funds pending investigation, or, in cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, referral to relevant authorities. Funds connected to fraudulent activity will not be returned.
4.7 Funds deposited into your Account must be used for betting and gaming activity. The Platform is not a banking or money-storage service. 999rp reserves the right to apply an inactivity processing fee to Accounts that hold a Balance without placing any Wager for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months, as detailed in the Platform's fee schedule.
5.1 All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
5.2 Each eligible Player is entitled to claim the 999rp welcome bonus once only. Any attempt to claim the welcome bonus more than once — whether through multiple accounts, the use of third-party payment methods, or any other means — constitutes abuse and will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and may lead to permanent Account closure.
5.3 Wagering requirements express the number of times the bonus amount (or, where stated, the bonus plus deposit amount) must be staked on eligible games before the resulting winnings become withdrawable. Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, the following standard conditions apply:
5.4 999rp reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn mid-cycle, any wagering progress accrued by Players up to the point of withdrawal will be honoured.
5.5 Bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of automated betting strategies specifically designed to exploit promotional terms, arbitrage betting across multiple accounts, or coordinated group bonus farming, will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all Bonus Credits, and potential recovery of bonus-derived winnings already credited.
6.1 All Wagers are binding once confirmed on the Platform. You are responsible for verifying the details of each Wager — including the selection, stake, and odds — before confirming. 999rp will not reverse a confirmed Wager on the basis of user error unless a manifest Platform error caused the incorrect odds or market to be displayed.
6.2 Sports betting markets, including those covering BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, FIFA World Cup, AFF Cup, and Timnas Indonesia fixtures, are governed by the specific sport and market rules published on the Platform. In all cases, official competition results as declared by the relevant governing body are used for settlement purposes.
6.3 Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the bet to return a profit. If one or more selections are void (e.g., due to a postponed fixture), the bet is recalculated excluding the void selection(s) at the original stake.
6.4 Live casino and table game results produced by Evolution Gaming and other certified studio providers are final and not subject to manual adjustment by 999rp. All RNG-based games are certified by independent testing laboratories and operate to published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages.
6.5 Togel (numbers lottery) draw results are sourced from official draw operators. In the event of a disputed result, the official operator's published outcome takes precedence. 999rp accepts no liability for any delay in the publication of draw results caused by the issuing operator.
6.6 In the event of a technical malfunction, connectivity failure, or any Platform error that affects the outcome or settlement of a Wager, 999rp reserves the right to void the affected Wager and return the stake to the Player's Account. This is the sole remedy available in such circumstances.
7.1 The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Credits, and where applicable, legal action:
7.2 Where funds have been deposited or wagered using fraudulent payment instruments (including stolen card details or unauthorised bank account access), 999rp will freeze the relevant Account, reverse any associated Transactions to the extent possible, and cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities.
8.1 All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive property of 999rp or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and database right laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial betting and gaming activity. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of 999rp.
8.3 All trademarks, service marks, and trade names displayed on the Platform are the registered or unregistered marks of their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or licence to use any such marks.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 999rp, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform or the Services.
9.2 999rp's total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 999rp's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9.4 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 999rp makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, virus-free, or fit for any particular purpose. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, and third-party infrastructure failures may cause temporary unavailability for which 999rp accepts no liability.
10.1 You may close your Account at any time by contacting the 999rp support team. Upon closure, any real-money Balance remaining in your Account (net of any applicable bonus forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification if not previously completed.
10.2 999rp reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably determine that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or if continued operation of your Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other users.
10.3 Upon termination for cause, 999rp reserves the right to void all pending Wagers, forfeit all Bonus Credits, and withhold any Balance pending investigation. Any Balance determined to have been derived from fraudulent activity will not be returned.
10.4 Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitations of liability, governing law, and any accrued rights or obligations shall survive the termination or expiry of these Terms.
11.1 999rp reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Players by email to the address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a minimum of 14 days prior to the changes taking effect.
11.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date.
11.3 The version of these Terms that was in force at the time a Wager was placed governs the settlement of that Wager, unless the amendment relates to a regulatory requirement that must be applied retroactively.
12.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 999rp holds its international operating licence. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
12.2 In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. 12.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of written notification, it shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
12.4 Notwithstanding the above, 999rp reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
